About the Author
Sophie Kinsella
Sophie Kinsella studied music at New College, Oxford University. Later she shifted to economics, philosophy, and politics. She started her career as a financial journalist and then became a novelist. Madeleine Wickham was the name she used initially to publish her books. Some of her initial books were The Gatecrasher, Swimming Pool Sunday, The Tennis Party, and The Wedding Girl.
Her Shopaholic Series has been a favorite of many. She is working on a new book under the Shopaholic Series which will be based on Hollywood. Her name made it to the UK bestseller lists in the year 2000. She lives in the UK, with her family.
