Cornitos Loaded Nachos

Cornitos Veggie Loaded Nachos are a great party appetizer. Heat some oil in a flat pan and sauté chopped Veggies available at home. Add seasoning to it. Arrange lettuce leaves on platter base, then arrange Cornitos Nacho Crisps evenly over it in form of a single layer. Top the nachos layer with chopped veggies. Repeat the same layering procedure on top of the first layer till a four to five-layer Nacho Crisps pyramid is created. Season it well then add a layer of grated cheddar cheese on top. Place the platter in a preheated oven or microwave till cheese melts. Garnish with a dollop of Sour cream and Mint leaves and Serve with Cornitos Chunky Salsa Dip.
