• Moisturize – You can add essential oil blends to a carrier oil, cream or lotion. Nourish your skin by applying the herbal blend all over your body.
• Bath – Enjoy your bath by adding few drops of essential oil blends to your bath.
• Aromatherapy – Enhance your mood by adding few drops to your diffuser or oil burner and take pleasure of the aroma.
• Compress – Add few drops of essential oil blends to your compress (hot or cold) and use it in the required body area.
