Precaution for Use:

• Use of the device is not intended to be a substitute for consultation with your physician.
• Before you use the unit, please read the user manual thoroughly and carefully.
• Disregarding the information given in the instruction manual is considered to be abnormal use.
• After showering, exercising, eating or drinking, wait for 30 minutes before you intend to measure your temperature.
• When inserting the unit (for oral and rectal use), insert it gently.
• Do not drop the unit because it is not shockproof.
• Do not boil the probe instead clean the unit by wiping it with dry cloth and clean the probe with medical. alcohol (75%).
• Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
• Do not bend the unit out of shape.
• If it displays "Err", it means the unit does not work properly. Check whether the operation temperature is out of range.

C / F SWITCH

• Turn on and keep pressing the start (I/O) button for 5 seconds till the F display appears on the screen, then release the button.
• Follow the same procedure, then the LCD window will show opposite unit (if default is "C" it will show "F").
• For each start, the LCD will show the latest swift unit.
